Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
L&J is not responsible for lost or damaged packages should you choose to ship via a carrier outside the label provided to you by L&J. You are also responsible to provide L&J customer service with carrier and tracking number.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
Returns
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.
Holiday Returns/Exchange policy
In order to accommodate holiday shopping, all qualifying orders placed from November 8, 2022 until December 31, 2022 may be returned or exchanged until January 16, 2023. If you would like to exchange or return any item(s), please contact customer support via email at [email protected], or via our customer support chat line.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the package has arrived at our facilities.
BOGO orders refund request, the FREE Promo Item must be returned as well, otherwise we could reject the refund request.
FREE Promo items or GWP (gift with purchase) must be returned.

To complete your return, we require the order number or email address associated with the order.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.
